Description
Pharmacological action of
Insect-acaricidal drops of Bloch Net have a detrimental effect on larvae and mature ticks of the family Ixodidae, ticks Sarcoptes canis, Otodectes cynotis and insects Linognathus setosus, Trichodectesisis canisis, Trichodectisceis canisis canisisis, Trichodectesceis canisis, canisisisisis, Trichodectisceis canisisis, Trichodectesceis canisisis, Trichodectis canisis canisisis, Trichodectis canisis canisisis, Linognathus setosus, Trichodectesceis canisis canisidae The drug has repellent properties against blood-sucking insects (gnats) from the Culicidae family. The high therapeutic effectiveness of the drops is due to the presence in their composition of a complex of compounds that have an insect-acaricidal effect, which is expressed in the fact that fipronil blocks GABA-dependent receptors of the parasite and disrupts neuromuscular transmission, which leads to paralysis and death of the latter, In turn, benzyl benzoate accumulates in the body of the parasite in concentrations toxic to it, and dimethyl phthalate, remaining on the surface of the skin and hair of the treated animal, has a repelling (repellent) effect. BlochNet drops, according to the degree of influence on the body of warm-blooded animals, are classified as moderately hazardous substances and, in the recommended doses, do not have a locally irritating, resorptive-toxic and sensitizing effect.
Indications
Protection against attack by bloodsucking insects. Prevention and treatment of dog entomoses (lice, fleas, lice). Prevention of dogs with ixodic and scabies mites. Treatment of otodectosis (ear scabies).
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Pregnant and lactating bitches are not to be processed, puppies younger than 10 weeks old and sick with infectious diseases and recovering animals.

Processing is carried out as follows: it is necessary to spread the animal s coat and apply skin at several points inaccessible for licking (at the base of the skull, between the shoulder blades and along the back). The duration of the protective action is: from the midges – 5 – 7 days from fleas – 1.5 – 2 months from other ectoparasites within 1 month. Repeated procedure should be carried out no more than once a month. For the treatment of dog entomoses (flea atopic dermatitis, scab), the drug is used at the indicated dosages. Parasites die within 24 hours after the application of the drug. With otodectosis (scabies), before using the drug, the external auditory canal is cleaned of crusts and scabs with a cotton swab moistened with the drug. Then the drug is instilled into each ear 3-4 drops and fold the auricle in half, lightly massaging at the base, for uniform distribution of the drug. Processing is carried out 2 times a day with an interval of 7 to 10 days. In advanced cases of otodectosis complicated by otitis media, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs are prescribed. If necessary, repeat the treatment. The drug is administered in both ears, even in cases of damage to otodectosis of only one ear.
