Pharmacological properties
Combined herbal preparation, has a diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect.
Indications
The drug is used in combination therapy for the treatment of chronic infections of the bladder (cystitis) and kidneys (pyelonephritis), non-infectious chronic inflammation of the kidneys (glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis), as an agent that prevents the formation of urinary stones (also after removal )
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, children (up to 1 year). Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, alcoholism (including after anti-alcohol treatment) – in connection with the content of ethanol (ethyl alcohol).
With caution
Use of the drug in patients with liver disease, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, brain diseases, children older than 1 year is possible only after consultation with a doctor (due to the presence of ethanol in the preparation).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only as prescribed by the doctor, if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.
Special instructions
For edema caused by impaired function of the heart or kidneys, the consumption of large amounts of fluid is contraindicated.
In case of impaired renal function, the drug should not be prescribed as monotherapy. In case of inflammatory kidney disease, consult a doctor for advice.

Composition

lovage medicinal roots – 0.6 g,
medicinal rosemary leaves – 0.6 g
Excipients:
ethyl alcohol (ethanol) 62% – 29.0 g,
purified water – a sufficient amount to obtain 100 g of the drug.
Dosage and Administration
Inside, diluting in a small amount of water or washing down with water.
Adults: 50 drops 3 times a day.
School children: 25 drops 3 times a day.
Preschool children (older than 1 year): 15 drops 3 times a day.
After weakening the severity of the disease, treatment with the drug should be continued for 2-4 weeks.

Side effects
