Description
Pharmacological action
Combined preparation containing 3 components of natural microflora from different parts of the intestine.
Bifidobacteria, which are part of Linex, lactobacilli and non-toxigenic lactic enterococcus maintain and regulate the physiological balance of the intestinal microflora and ensure its physiological functions: create adverse conditions for the reproduction and vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms involved in the synthesis of vitamins B1, B2, PP, folic acid, vitamins K and E, provide ascorbic acid, organism in vitamins B6, B12 and biotin producing lactic acid and lowering the pH of intestinal contents, create favorable conditions for absorption wood, calcium, vitamin D.
Lactic acid bacteria carry out the enzymatic breakdown of proteins, fats and complex carbohydrates (including in case of lactase deficiency in children), carbohydrates and proteins that are not absorbed in the small intestine undergo deeper cleavage in the colon by anaerobes (in including bifidobacteria).
The bacteria that make up the drug facilitate the digestion of proteins in infants (phosphoprotein-phosphatase of bifidobacteria is involved in the metabolism of milk casein) are involved in the metabolism of bile acids.
Linex contains lactic acid bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents.
Pharmacokinetics
There are currently no pharmacokinetic models for the study of complex biological substances in humans, consisting of components with different molecular weights.
Indications
– treatment and prevention of dysbiosis in children (including breast) and adults (including dysbiosis resulting from treatment with antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents).
Contraindications
– Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug or to dairy products.
Special instructions
To maintain the viability of the components of the drug, it is not recommended to drink Linex with hot drinks.
