Indications
In the complex treatment of acute cystitis, pyelonephritis, urolithiasis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia according to the hyperkinetic type, cholelithiasis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, under 18 years of age.
Precautions: liver disease, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain disease.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breast-feeding is not recommended due to the lack of special studies.
Special instructions
Do not use if the diameter of the kidney stones exceeds 3 mm.
The drug contains 60% ethyl alcohol.
In the maximum single dose of the drug, the content of absolute ethanol is 0.47 g, in the maximum daily dose of the drug is 1.42 g.

Dosage and administration
Take orally 8-10 drops on a piece of sugar 3 times a day before meals.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and ranges from 5 to 30 days.
With renal and hepatic colic, a single dose can be increased to 15-20 drops.
An increase in a single dose, duration and a second course of treatment is possible only on the recommendation of a doctor.

From the gastrointestinal tract: dyspeptic symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain)
Allergic reactions (facial flushing, skin rash, pruritus, angioedema).

Overdose of
May increase dose-related side effects (including: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness).
Symptomatic treatment: plentiful warm drink, rest, activated carbon, atropine sulfate.
