Pharmacological action
Hexalysis – antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.
Indications
For topical treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx caused by microorganisms sensitive to biclotimol, lysozyme and enoxolone:
– nasopharyngeal diseases
– acute and chronic pharyngitis – sarflingitis tonsillectomy
– glossitis.
Contraindications
– children under 6 years of age
– hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and during lactation (breastfeeding) Hexalysis is prescribed only for strict indications.
Special instructions
When prescribing Hexalysis to patients with diabetes mellitus, it should be taken into account that 1 tablet contains 1.054 g of sugar.
Composition
Active ingredients: biclotimol 5 mg lysozyme 5 mg enoxolone 5 mg
Dosage and administration of
Sublingual (without chewing, keep in mouth until completely resorbed). The daily dose is 6-8 tablets, not more than 10 days.
Side effects
Possible: allergic reactions, superinfection with prolonged use (more than 10 days) – oral dysbiosis with a risk of spread of bacterial and fungal infections.
Overdose
There is no information about overdoses.
