Pharmacological action
Combined drug. Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant, with external use it has an antithrombotic effect, antiexudative and moderate anti-inflammatory effect promotes the regeneration of connective tissue, prevents blood coagulation in hemorrhoids. Prednisolone – a glucocorticoid, has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and anti-allergic effects, reduces inflammation and associated sensations (itching, burning, pain) in the anorectal region. Polydocanol has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosis of hemorrhoids.
Indications
External and internal hemorrhoids. Thrombophlebitis of hemorrhoidal veins of the anus. Fistulas, eczema, and itching in the anus. Cracks in the anus. preparation for surgery in the anorectal region. as part of complex therapy of thrombosed or operated hemorrhoids.
Contraindications

Special instructions
As with all other corticosteroids, care should be taken not to use the drug in large quantities or for a long time. The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and potentially dangerous mechanisms.
Composition of
1 g of the preparation contains: active ingredients: heparin sodium – 65 ME (1 ME heparin sodium – anticoagulant activity, corresponds to the activity of 0.0077 mg of the II International Standard for Heparin (WHO) Prednisolone acetate – 2.233 mg Lauromacrogol 600 – 30 00 mg Excipients: solid paraffin, liquid paraffin, lanolin, colloidal silicon dioxide.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly, the ointment is applied to the affected areas with a thin layer 2-4 times a day after the disappearance of pain – 1 time per day for 7 days. For the introduction of the ointment, the attached screw-on tip is used, which is inserted into the cavity of the rectum, and a small amount of the ointment is squeezed out by lightly pressing the tube.
Side effects
Systemic reactions: allergic reactions, flushing of the skin. With prolonged use and / or when applied to large surfaces, systemic side effects are possible: slowing down the process of regeneration of cracks, swelling.
