Thyme herb extract has an expectorant effect, increases the amount of secretory secretion of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, helps to thin the sputum and accelerate its evacuation.
Potassium bromide reduces CNS excitability.
Indications
As an expectorant in complex therapy: acute respiratory infections, tracheitis, pertussis bronchitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, liver disease, alcoholism, head injury, brain disease, epilepsy, decompensated heart failure, pregnancy, lactation, children (up to 3 years).
Caution. Diabetes mellitus, children over 3 years old.
Special instructions
Absolute alcohol content in the maximum single dose for adults – up to 1.3 g, for children – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) – up to 0.43 g, 1 des.spoon (10 ml) – up to 0.86, in a daily dose for adults – up to 3.9 g.
Syrup contains sugar, which should be considered for patients with concomitant diabetes mellitus: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains approximately 0.22 XE.

Dosage and Administration
Inside, after meals.
Adults – 1 tbsp. spoon, children 3-6 years old – 1 / 2-1 teaspoon, children 6-12 years old – 1-2 teaspoons, children over 12 years old – 1 dess. spoon 3 times a day.
