Pharmacological action
Aminoplasmal Hepa – supplementing the deficiency of amino acids and electrolytes.
Normalizes electrolyte balance (sodium, chlorine, acetate ion), stimulates protein synthesis by substrates (Hepa Aminoplasmal contains 10% L-amino acids are easily absorbed).
Indications
Normalization of amino acid balance disturbances arising from acute and chronic liver diseases: liver failure (including accompanied by encephalopathy), hepatic coma.
Contraindications
Violation of the amino acid metabolism of extrahepatic etiology, acidosis, hyperhydration, hypokalemia.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Due to the fact that the safety of using Aminoplasmal Hepa 10% during pregnancy and lactation has not been studied, the drug should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, except in situations in which the potential benefit for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Dosage and administration
Intravenously, infusion.
The average daily dose is 710 ml / kg, the maximum is 15 ml / kg.
The following injection rate is recommended: the first 2 hours – 50 drops / min, the next 2 hours – 25 drops / min, starting from the 5th hour – 15 drops / min.
Side effects

Drug interaction

Overdose
