Indications
Prevention of deficiency of folic acid and vitamin B 12 in women of childbearing age at the stages of pregnancy planning (at least 1 month before conception).
Prevention of the development of neural tube defects in the fetus in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Composition
Active ingredients: folic acid (vit. Bc), cyanocobalamin (vit. B12)
Excipients: sodium carboxy starch type A, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, trisodium citrate, citric acid, citric acid.
Dosage and administration
The drug should be taken 1 tablet a day before meals.
Drug Interactions
Foliber should not be used in combination with methotrexate, since the latter acts as a folic acid antagonist, inhibiting the enzyme hydrophosphate reductase.
With the simultaneous use of Foliber with antiepileptic drugs from the hydantoin group, it can reduce the effects of the latter.
