Pharmacological action
Panthenol – a drug that improves tissue regeneration, for external use.
The active substance of the drug – dexpanthenol – in the body passes into pantothenic acid, which, being an integral part of coenzyme A, plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation, is involved in carbohydrate, fat metabolism and in the synthesis of acetylcholine.
Has some anti-inflammatory effect and improves tissue regeneration.
Pharmacokinetics
When applied topically, dexpanthenol is rapidly absorbed into the skin and converted to pantothenic acid.
Binds to plasma proteins (mainly beta-globulin and albumin).
Indications
all types of skin wounds (including abrasions, burns, aseptic postoperative wounds, poorly healing skin grafts, trophic ulcers, skin cracks)
bullous and vesicular dermatitis
sunburn and herpes labialis solaris.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of the drug Panthenolspray during pregnancy and lactation is indicated.

Dosage and administration
The drug is used 1 or several times a day by spraying from a distance of 10-20 cm so that the entire affected surface is covered with the preparation (foam).
