Indications
Vulvovaginal candidiasis vaginal trichomoniasis.
Contraindications

Special instructions
With prolonged use of the drug, sensitization may develop. In this case, it is necessary to stop treatment, and the patient should consult a doctor.
If there is no effect within 3 weeks of therapy, treatment should be discontinued and the diagnosis clarified.
The drug should not be prescribed during menstruation. The course of treatment is advisable to start after menstruation.
To avoid reinfection, it is recommended to simultaneously treat the partner with a cream that is applied to the glans penis and foreskin.
Composition
1 capsule contains:
Active ingredient: fenticonazole nitrate 1000 mg
Excipients: paraffin liquid petrolatum, white soy lecithin.
Dosage and administration
1 capsule is injected deep into the vagina in the supine position once. If necessary, re-use after 3 days.
In the treatment of infections caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, the capsule may be reused after 24 hours.
With insufficient effectiveness, a repeated course may be given after 10 days.
Side effects
Allergic reactions: rarely – urticaria, rash, erythema.
Local reactions: burning, itching, local irritation.
