Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs.

Asthma caused by salicylates or other NSAIDs combined with nasal polyps.
The combined use of methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg per week or more.
Severe impaired liver or kidney function.
Hemorrhagic diathesis.
Hemophilia, thrombocytopenia.
Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
Pregnancy (I and III trimester).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Special instructions
Acetylsalicylic acid reduces the excretion of uric acid from the body, which can cause an acute attack of gout in susceptible patients.
With prolonged use of the drug, a general blood test and analysis of feces for occult blood should be done periodically, and the functional state of the liver should be monitored.
Since acetylsalicylic acid slows down blood coagulation, the patient, if he has surgery, must warn the doctor in advance about taking the drug.
Ethanol (an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding) should be discontinued during treatment.
Pediatric use
The drug is not prescribed as an antipyretic to children under 15 years old with acute respiratory infections caused by viral infections, due to the risk of Reye ² ¢s syndrome (encephalopathy and acute fatty liver disease with acute development of liver failure).

Dosage and administration of

Side effects
From the gastrointestinal tract

Glucocorticosteroids, alcohol and alcohol-containing drugs increase the damaging effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Decreased absorption of acetylsalicylic acid
Antacids containing magnesium and / or aluminum hydroxide slow down and impair the absorption of acetylsalicylic acid.
Overdose
Symptoms: CNS excitation, Dizziness, severe headache, decreased hearing acuity, visual impairment, nausea, vomiting, increased breathing.
In the late stage of poisoning: drowsiness, convulsions, anuria, consciousness decay up to coma, respiratory failure, disturbances of water-electrolyte exchange.
