Pharmacodynamics
The action is determined by the effects of the constituents. Antispasmodic (decreased tonus of smooth muscle organs, including the gastrointestinal tract) and antisecretory effects (decreased secretion of the stomach, pancreas, bronchial, salivary sweat glands and bile secretion) are caused by alkaloids of the atropine group from belladonna extract (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, apoatropin, etc.). , analgesic (on the mucous membrane of the esophagus and stomach) – anestezin (benzocaine).
Indications
Gastrointestinal tract diseases accompanied by pain, increased secretion, smooth muscle spasms.
Contraindications
Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Pregnant women should be used only when, according to the doctor, the benefits of using the drug outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.
If used by women who are breast-feeding, breast-feeding should be discontinued.
Composition
1 tablet contains:
Active substances: anestezine 0.3 g, belladonna extract (belladonna) thick 0.015 g
Excipients: potato starch, talc, calcium stearic acid, gelatin.
Dosage and administration of
Adults: by mouth, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The highest single dose – 2 tablets, daily – 5 tablets.

Overdose
High-dose Bellastesin can lead to dangerous poisoning.
