Composition
Active ingredient:
Chifenadine hydrochloride 25 mg.
Excipients:

potato starch,

Dosage and administration of
The drug should be taken orally after a meal. The course of treatment for adults is 10-20 days, if necessary – repeatedly. The duration of treatment for children 10-15 days.
Recommended dosages: for adults – 25-50 mg 3-4 times a day (maximum daily dose – 200 mg) for children from 2 to 3 years old – 5 mg 2-3 times a day for children 3-7 years -10 mg 2 times a day for children 7-12 years old – 10-15 mg 2-3 times a day.
Side effects
From the digestive system: dry oral mucosa, nausea, vomiting.
From the side of the central nervous system: drowsiness, headache.
Other: allergic reactions.
Drug Interaction
Does not increase the depressant effect of alcohol and sleeping pills on the central nervous system. Having weak M-cholinoblocking properties, it can reduce the motility of the gastrointestinal tract and increase the absorption of slowly absorbed drugs (for example, indirect action anticoagulants – coumarins).
Overdose
Symptoms: dry mucous membranes, headache, vomiting, abdominal pain and other dyspeptic symptoms.
Treatment: symptomatic. It is necessary to wash the stomach, take activated charcoal, consult a doctor immediately.

The drug should be stored in a dry, dark place.
