Indications
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, nephrourolithiasis (as part of complex therapy).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, renal failure, heart failure, glomerulonephritis, phosphate urolithiasis, under 18 years of age.
Pregnancy and lactation
Due to lack of data, concerning teratogenic effects of the components of the drug, it is not recommended to use the drug during pregnancy and lactation.
Composition
Active ingredients: Condensed extract of the mixture: goldenrod grass, Horsetail field grass, Highlander bird grass, Wheatgrass rhizomes, husk onions,
birch leaves, Fenugreek seeds, parsley root, lovage 67.2 g, Orange oil 0.15 g, Sage oil 1.0 g, Peppermint oil 0.5 g oil, Pine ordinary oil 0.2 g
Excipients: agar-agar 1.2 g, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.2 g, Wheat starch 2.3 g, vanillin 0.0004 g, glycerol (glycerin) up to 100.0 g
Dosage and administration
Adults are prescribed orally 1 teaspoon of the paste dissolved in? cups of warm sweet water, 3-4 times a day after meals.
Course of treatment: The duration of therapy is determined by the doctor. The average course of treatment is from 2 weeks to 1.5 months. An increase in the duration of the course of treatment is possible as directed by a doctor.
Side effects
Allergic reactions possible, sometimes nausea. With increased sensitivity to ultraviolet rays, photosensitization phenomena are possible.
If side effects occur, the drug should be discontinued.
Drug Interaction
Due to the diuretic effect of the drug, the possibility of accelerated withdrawal of other, simultaneously used drugs should be considered.
Phytolysin can potentiate the action of:
anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
hypoglycemic drugs
drugs containing lithium salts
monoamine oxidase inhibitors
prolong the action of pentobarbital, paracetamol.
Phytolysin may reduce the absorption of drugs in the small intestine, including beta-carotene, alpha-tocopherol
