Pharmacological action
Infusion of marsh rosemary bog shoots has an expectorant effect, has anti-inflammatory,

Indications
Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by cough with sputum that is difficult to separate (bronchitis, tracheitis, etc.).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, period of breastfeeding, age up to 18 years.

Dosage and administration
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of wild rosemary bog shoots are placed in enameled dishes, filled with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with periodic stirring for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed.
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take orally in the form of heat for 1 / 3-1 / 4 cup 2-3 times a day.
Shake the infusion before use.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, dizziness, increased nervous irritability, irritability when taking high doses, symptoms of agitation or depression of the central nervous system are noted.
Drug interaction
It is not recommended to prescribe infusion of rosemary shoots with antitussive drugs at the same time.
