Pregnancy and lactation
Fucorcin is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
Special instructions
Do not apply the product on large areas of the skin, as phenol, which is part of the solution, easily penetrates the blood and can cause toxic effects (dizziness, weakness, respiratory distress, collapse). The composition of the drug includes acetone and ethyl alcohol. The drug has a peculiar smell.
Composition
Ac mg 3.9 g, resorcinol 7.8 g, fuchsin basic 400 mg
excipients – acetone 4.9 ml, ethyl alcohol 95% 9.6 ml, water 100 ml.
Dosage and administration
Apply to the lesion 2-4 times / day. After drying, ointments and pastes can be applied to the treated area.
Side effects
Short-term burning sensation and pain, which passes on its own and does not require discontinuation of the drug.
