Pharmacological action

Effective combination drug with powerful antiseptic and antifungal effects. It has a characteristic bright crimson color.

Applied externally for pustular and fungal skin diseases, superficial wounds, erosion, cracks, abrasions and scratches.

Pustular and fungal skin diseases, superficial wounds, erosions, cracks, abrasions of the skin.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Special instructions

Do not apply the drug on large areas of the skin, since phenol, which is part of the drug, can penetrate the bloodstream and cause toxic effects (dizziness, weakness). The product has a peculiar smell and red color and can stain linen. Registration number – P.79.787.9

Composition

Active ingredients: boric acid – 0.8%, basic fuchsin dye – 0.4%, resorcinol – 7.8%, phenol – 3.9%

Excipients: acetone, ethanol, purified water.

Dosage and administration

The solution is applied with a swab or glass rod to the affected skin 2-4 times a day. After the liquid has dried, ointments and pastes can be applied to the treated area.

Side effects

Local reactions: it is possible (especially in children) a burning sensation and pain that goes away on its own and does not require discontinuation of the drug.

Store in a cool, dark, out of reach of children
