Tonsilgon ® N has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects.

The active components of chamomile, marshmallow and horsetail included in the preparation contribute to an increase in the activity of nonspecific defense factors of the body. Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of chamomile, marshmallow and yarrow, tannins of oak bark have an anti-inflammatory effect and help to reduce swelling of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.

Indications

Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis).

Prevention of complications of respiratory viral infections and as an adjunct to antibiotic therapy for bacterial infections.

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, in particular to plants of the family Asteraceae

– children under 6 years of age

– patients with a rare hereditary form of lactose intolerance, intolerance to fructose, deficiency of lactase, glucose-malactose-galactose-galactose-galactose , the use of the drug is contraindicated (due to the content of lactose and sucrose in the preparation).

Dosage and Administration

Inside. Dragees are swallowed whole, without chewing, if necessary, washed down with water.
