Pharmacological action

Herbal antiseptic.

Pharmacological properties are due to biologically active substances that make up the drug. Tonsilgon H has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects.

The active components of chamomile, marshmallow and horsetail included in the preparation contribute to an increase in the activity of nonspecific defense factors of the body.

Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of chamomile, marshmallow and yarrow, tannins of oak bark have an anti-inflammatory effect and help reduce swelling of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.

Indications

Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis).

Prevention of complications of respiratory viral infections and as an adjunct to antibiotic therapy for bacterial infections.

Dosage and Administration

Inside. Drops for oral administration are taken undiluted, holding for some time in the mouth before swallowing.

School-aged children (over 6 years old): 15 drops, 5-6 times a day.

Preschool children (over 1 year old): 10 drops 5-6 times a day.
