Pharmacological action
The combined preparation has antispasmodic (belladonna extract) and anti-inflammatory (ichthyol) effects.
Indications
Hemorrhoids, anal fissures.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate adenoma, under 18 years of age.
Special instructions
During treatment, care should be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention, speed of psychomotor reactions and good vision.
Composition
1 suppository contains: active substances – belladonna extract dense (with a total of 1.5% total) 0.015 g, ichthammol (ichthyol) – 0.2 g of suppository base: solid fat (vitepsol, supposir) – sufficient amount to obtain a suppository weighing 1.23 g.
Dosage and administration
Rectally, 1-3 suppositories per day, but not more than 10 suppositories per day, after a cleansing enema or spontaneous bowel cleansing.
Side effects
With increased sensitivity to the drug and its overdose, dry mouth, thirst, constipation, palpitations, dilated pupils and other visual impairments are possible, and in case of poisoning – psychomotor agitation, convulsions, urinary retention. If these signs appear, stop using the drug and consult a doctor immediately.

Storage conditions
The drug should be stored in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C.
