Pharmacological action of
Sibektan has hepatoprotective, membrane-stabilizing, antioxidant, choleretic effect.
Indications
As a hepatoprotective agent for diseases such as: chronic persistent hepatitis
chronic cholecystitis
hypomotor dyskinesia of the gallbladder
cirrhosis and fatty liver of alcoholic origin (complex therapy).
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Sibektan
cholelithiasis
children under 18 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is not recommended to use Sibektan during pregnancy and lactation.

Composition
1 tablet contains: active substances: dry extract of tanacechol (common tansy flower extract dry) containing the sum of flavonoids and phenolcarboxylic acids in terms of luteolin and absolutely dry substance 55% – 25 mg, dry silymar extract (milk thistle fruit extract) with a total flavolignan content in terms of silybin and absolutely dry matter 65% – 30 mg, St. John’s wort dry extract with a total flavonoid content in terms of rutin and absolute Totally dry matter 8% – 25 mg
birch extract dry with the content of phenolic compounds in terms of rutin and absolutely dry matter 5% – 20 mg
excipients: lactose (milk sugar) potato starch (extra grade) silicon dioxide colloidal dioxide (Aerosil A380) calcium stearate (calcium stearic acid) croscarmellose sodium
Dosage and administration of
Sibektan is taken orally 2 tablets 4 times a day 20-40 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. If necessary, the course of treatment can be continued on the recommendation of a doctor for 10-15 days.
