Pharmacological action
Infusion and decoction of Birch buds have diuretic, antiseptic, choleretic properties.
Indications
Birch buds have long been used in folk medicine, birch buds are used as a disinfectant and expectorant for bronchitis and tracheitis,
as a diuretic for the treatment of edema of cardiac origin.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug chronic renal failure, acute glomerulonephritis, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children under 12 years old.

Dosage and administration
About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of the kidneys are placed in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw materials are squeezed.
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take orally 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Side effects
Allergic reactions possible.
With prolonged use of the drug, exacerbation of inflammatory diseases of the kidneys may result from irritation of the renal parenchyma.
Overdose of
When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended, dose-dependent side effects may increase.
