Special cream Emolium is a modern emollient, intended for the care of very dry skin and for dermatological skin care for diseases that occur with increased dryness of the skin, including atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis, psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, as well as additional therapy for topical corticosteroids. The drug helps in the treatment of these diseases, and also has a preventive effect during the period of remission. The cream can be applied to the face and the whole body. Thanks to a carefully selected and studied complex of active substances, it effectively removes the causes and effects of dry skin: saturates with fats and moisturizes the epidermis, limits the transepidermal loss of water, restores the water-lipid layer, and also softens and gives elasticity to the epidermis and relieves itching. The hypoallergenic formula of the special cream was developed in collaboration with dermatologists. The drug is recommended for use in children.

Active ingredients
Arlasilk ® Phospholipid GLA (2%): strengthens the water-lipid barrier of the epidermis, limiting transepidermal water loss (TEWL), increases the body’s immunological resistance and softens irritations, improves skin firmness and elasticity.
Triglycerides of corn oil (3%): strengthen the water-lipid barrier of the epidermis, saturate the skin with fatty components and limit transepidermal water loss (TEWL), improve skin firmness and elasticity, make the skin less susceptible to inflammatory reactions, relieve itching and prevent irritation.
Urea (5%): It has a strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect, normalizes disturbed keratinization processes (keratinization of the epidermis).
Shea butter (6%): possesses emollient, smoothing and fat-saturating properties, protects and strengthens the intercellular cement and the water-lipid layer of the skin, stimulates cell metabolism and strengthens local capillary circulation, effectively protects against the harmful effects of external factors and softens skin irritation.
Macadamia oil (3%): saturates well with fatty components, softens and gives the skin elasticity, relieves irritation and smoothes rough and too dry skin, enriches it with necessary unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) and phospholipids.
Sodium hyaluronate (2%): binds water in the skin, provides an appropriate environment for the division of keratinocytes, additionally creates a protective layer on the skin surface that protects against water loss by cells.
Paraffin oil (8%): has an occlusive (protective) effect, creates a protective layer on the skin surface that protects against water loss, softens, moisturizes and smoothes the epidermis.

Dosage and administration
