About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the raw material are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Inside the broth take 1-3 tablespoons every 3-4 hours. Before use, it is recommended to shake the broth.
