Pharmacological action
Lingonberry leaf broth has a diuretic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory effect.

Dosage and administration
4 filter bags (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) boiling water, cover and insist for 20 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.
The volume is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day 40 minutes after eating.
The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
Perhaps a repeat course after a 10-12 day break, but not more than 4 courses per year.
Shake the infusion before use.
