Pharmacological action
Chamomile flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids, coumarins and other biologically active substances.
Infusion of chamomile flowers has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and moderate antimicrobial effect, reduces the fermentation processes in the intestines and increases the secretion of the digestive glands.
Indications
For oral administration: spastic conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, flatulence, gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, colitis, enterocolitis, liver and biliary tract diseases, painful menstruation, uterine bleeding, neurosis.
For topical use: inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, tonsillitis) infectious and inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system of inflammation of the skin, wounds, ulcers.

Dosage and administration
2 filter bags (3.0 g) are placed in glass or enamel dishes, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pushing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.
The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 100 ml.
Take orally in a warm form for 2-3 tablespoons of the infusion 2-3 times a day before meals.
For rinsing the mouth and throat, 1/2 to 1 cup warm infusion 3-5 times a day.
For microclysters use 50 ml of warm infusion 1-2 times a day.
The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
Shake the infusion before use.
