Pharmacological action

Laripront – a combined preparation with antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic and mucolytic action for local application in ENT practice and dentistry.

Lysozyme – a natural enzyme (mucopolysaccharidase), forming a complex with viruses and preventing their entry into cells, has an antiviral effect. It has an antimicrobial effect against gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria due to the destruction of the cell wall of microorganisms.

In addition, lysozyme has anti-inflammatory, hemostatic and mucolytic effects due to histamine blockade, inactivation of heparin and cleavage of mucopolysaccharides.

Dequalinium chloride is an antiseptic effective against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, as well as fungi. With the ability to reduce surface tension, provides the penetration of active substances into deeper sections of the mucous membrane.
