Pharmacological action of
DIMEFOSFAN improves cerebral circulation regulation, normalizes cerebral vascular reactions and cerebral blood flow, improves venous outflow.
In cases of cerebrovascular accident, stopping vasomotor cephalgia reduces heart and respiratory failure of central origin.
Normalizes the acid-base state in acidosis of various etiologies. It exhibits membrane-stabilizing, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, antihypoxic, antimutagenic and radioprotective effects, inhibits platelet aggregation.
When applied topically, it has an antiseptic effect and enhances the protective functions of the skin and mucous membranes.

Special instructions
In case of drowsiness, refrain from driving vehicles and activities requiring increased attention and speed of reaction.
Composition
Active ingredients: dimethyloxobutylphosphonyl dimethylate 15 g
Excipients: purified water to 100 ml.
Dosage and administration
Inside is prescribed as a solution to adults and children 30-50 mg / kg per dose. In cases of cerebrovascular accident and Meniere’s syndrome, 1-4 times are prescribed for 1-4 weeks.
In planned neurosurgical operations, it is prescribed within 5 days before and 10-14 days after the operation. With traumatic brain injury, the duration of the course of treatment is from 3 weeks to 2 months.
With autonomic dysfunction, respiratory diseases and acidosis, the duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks. With atopic bronchial asthma, children are prescribed for 2-4 weeks.
To prevent exacerbation of hay fever, take for 3 weeks before the expected seasonal deterioration and throughout the flowering of the allergen plant.
Outwardly used for infectious-inflammatory-allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, a solution in the form of dressings, turundas and lotions daily until recovery.
For the prevention of radiation mucositis – gauze napkins moistened with a solution are placed in the projection of radiation beams 20 minutes before exposure.
