Indications
treatment of internal capillary bleeding of various etiologies, especially if bleeding is caused by endothelial damage: prevention and treatment of bleeding during and after surgery on all well-vascularized tissues in otorhinolaryngology, gynecology, obstetrics, urology, dentistry, ophthalmology and ophthalmology and treatment of capillary bleeding of various etiology and localization: hematuria, metrorrhagia, primary metrorrhagia, menorrhagia in women with intrauterine contraceptives, nosebleeds, gum bleeding
prevention and treatment of diabetic microangiopathies (hemorrhagic diabetic retinopathy, repeated retinal hemorrhages, hemophthalmus).

With caution, the drug should be prescribed in the following cases:

With bleeding on the background of an overdose of anticoagulants.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use during pregnancy is only possible in cases where the potential benefit of the therapy to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
If it is necessary to prescribe the drug during lactation, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
Composition
Active ingredients: ethamylate 250 mg.
Excipients: anhydrous citric acid, corn starch, povidone K25, magnesium stearate, lactose.
Dosage and administration
Optimum adult dose: 10-20 mg Dicinon per kg body weight in 3-4 doses. Therefore, as for prevention, and for treatment, the dose is 1-2 tablets or 1-2 ampoules (IM or IV) of Dicinone 3-4 times a day in severe cases – 3 tablets or 3 ampoules 3-4 times a day.
Recommended dosage for children: 10-15 mg of Dicinon per kg of body weight per day, divided into 3-4 doses.
Tablets should be taken with or after meals.

Drug Interaction
Combination with aminocaproic acid and menadione sodium bisulfite is possible.
