Pharmacological action
Chlorophyllipt has antibacterial (bacteriostatic and bactericidal) action, especially against staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains.
Has anti-inflammatory effect.
Indications
Infectious-inflammatory diseases caused by staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains of
burns, long-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the extremities
cervical erosion
for the prevention of postoperative complications.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Special instructions
Regardless of the prescribed dosage form of Chlorophyllipt, its sensitivity is determined by ingestion of a 0.25% alcohol solution of Chlorophyllipt.
Before using the drug, the sensitivity to Chlorophyllipt is determined, for this the patient drinks 25 drops of the drug, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water.
In the absence of signs of allergy after 6-8 hours (swelling of the lips, mucous membranes), chlorophyllipt can be used.
Composition

Dosage and Administration
Topically.
In case of cervical erosion – 2% oil solution for lubricating the cervical canal and erosion, wetting swabs inserted into the vagina.

Drug Interactions
It must be borne in mind that when hydrogen peroxide is left in the wound, chlorophyllipt precipitates.
Therefore, after washing the wound with hydrogen peroxide, its residues should be removed with a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution.
