Pharmacological action of
The mechanism of action of fenbendazole, which is part of the drug, is the destruction of micro tubules in the intestinal cells of helminths and the disruption of energy processes, which leads to the death of parasites.
Indications
Febtal granules are prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes for the deworming of cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, dogs, cats and chickens with nematodoses and cestodoses.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used in animals that are depleted and sick with infectious diseases.
Special instructions
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed no earlier than 14 days after deworming. In case of forced slaughter before the established deadline, meat can be used as feed for fur animals.
Chicken eggs are allowed to be used for food purposes not earlier, than 4 days after deworming.
Milk of dairy animals is forbidden to use for food purposes within 3 days after deworming. The milk and eggs of chickens obtained earlier than the deadlines can be used after heat treatment in animal feed.
Composition
Febtal granules as active ingredient in 1 g contain fenbendazole – 222 mg, as well as auxiliary components.
Dosage and administration
Febtal is applied orally once, for individual or group deworming, mixed with half the feed rate, without a preliminary starvation diet. With group deworming, special attention should be paid to thoroughly mixing the drug with food and eating it with all animals.

Side effects
When using the drug according to the instructions, side effects and complications are not observed.
Storage conditions
Store the drug in its original packaging, protected from light and moisture, out of the reach of children and animals, separately from food and feed, at a temperature of 0 to 25 ° C.
