Pharmacological action
Plantex ® is a herbal medicine.
Fennel fruits and fennel essential oil stimulate digestion, increasing the secretion of gastric juice and increasing peristalsis. Therefore, food is broken down and absorbed faster. Active substances prevent the accumulation of gases and contribute to their discharge, “soften the spasms” of the intestine.
Indications
Plantex ® is recommended for use in children from 2 weeks of age and older as a prophylactic and therapeutic agent
to eliminate spastic pain in the intestines with mild digestive disorders
when switching from breastfeeding to other types of nutrition.

Special instructions
For infants, use only freshly prepared solution. Do not add sweeteners.
Ingredients
1 sachet contains:
Active substances: fennel fruit extract water dry 250 mg essential oil of fennel 2.4 mg (content in anethol essential oil – not less than 0.5 mg of fenhon – not less than 0.2 mg)
substances: acacia gum – 12.6 mg anhydrous dextrose – 2500 mg lactose – 2235 mg.
Dosage and administration
Inside, after meals, between meals
Newborns and children up to 1 year of age: 1-2 sachets (5-10 g) per day in 2 3 doses children 1 4 years old: 2-3 sachets (10 15 g) per day in 2 3 doses
Solution preparation: pour the contents of the bag into a bottle or cup, add 100 ml of warm boiled water and stir until the granules are completely dissolved.
