Gel for external use.
Indications
Severe inflammatory and allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes (including those resistant to therapy with other corticosteroids): neurodermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, seborrheic dermatitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity
acne
bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal, viral and tumor skin diseases.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Not recommended during pregnancy.
Composition of
1 g of gel contains:
Active ingredient: fluocinolone acetonide 0.25 mg
Excipients: propylene glycol ethanol disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (trilon B) acid citric methylhydroxybenzenesulfonate 9-hydroxybenzenesulfonate 9.
Dosage and Administration
Externally. Apply to the affected surface, rubbing lightly, 1-2 times a day, not more than 2 g / day. With psoriasis, an occlusive dressing is possible. Course duration – no more than 1-2 weeks. Apply very carefully on the skin of the face and not more than 1 week.
Children over 2 years of age – with caution, only 1 time per day, on small areas of the skin.
Side effects
Atrophy of the skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue, lupus-like syndrome with mild course, onset or worsening of symptoms of lichen planus, epithelialization disorders, delayed healing of wounds and ulcerative lesions, petechiae, steroid purpura, striae, miriapus skin rash.
Overdose
Symptoms: if the dosage regimen is not followed (prolonged use of the drug on large areas of the skin), systemic side effects of the drug, such as increased blood pressure, edema, immunosuppressive effect.
Treatment: drug withdrawal.
Storage Conditions
At a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Do not freeze.
