Pharmacological action
Pharmacodynamics
Standardized and titrated herbal preparation, the effect of which is due to the influence on the metabolic processes in cells, rheological properties of blood and microcirculation, as well as on vasomotor reactions of blood vessels. It improves blood supply to the brain, improves the delivery of oxygen and glucose, normalizes the tone of arteries and veins, and improves microcirculation. It improves blood flow, prevents the aggregation of red blood cells, has an inhibitory effect on platelet activation factor.
Improves metabolic processes, has an antihypoxic effect on tissues. Prevents the formation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation of cell membranes. It affects the release, reuptake and catabolism of neurotransmitters (norepinephrine, acetylcholine) and their ability to bind to membrane receptors.

Indications

Pregnancy and lactation
Tanakan is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to lack of clinical data.
Composition
1 film-coated tablet contains:
Active ingredient: dry standardized Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb 761) 40 mg in 1 tablet, including heterosides 24% ginkgolide-bilobalides 6%.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate.
Shell composition: hypromellose, macrogol 400, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide, red iron dioxide.
Dosage and administration
Assign 40 mg (1 tablet or 1 ml of oral solution) 3 times / day with meals. Take inside. The tablet should be washed down with half a glass of water.
