Pharmacological action
It has a protective effect on the cornea with reduced secretion of lacrimal fluid, protects the cornea from their irritating effect.
Protector of the corneal epithelium, has a lubricating and softening effect, has a high viscosity, increases the duration of contact of the solution with the cornea. The refractive index of a solution is similar to natural tears.
Restores, stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film. Subjective and objective improvement (epithelization, reduction of hyperemia, lesions) usually occurs within 3-5 days, marked improvement or complete cure – within 2-3 weeks.

Erosion and trophic changes of the cornea.
Microtrauma of the corneal epithelium.
Bullous dystrophic changes in the cornea.

Special instructions
Do not wear soft contact lenses while instilling eye drops. Solid contact lenses are removed prior to instillation of the drug and reinstalled after 30 minutes.

Immediately after the installation, blurred visual perception is possible, which can lead to difficulties in driving or working with mechanisms. It is recommended to start work 15 minutes after installation.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose) – 0.003 g
Excipients
Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (trilon B), sodium phosphate monosubstituted 2-water (disodium phosphate), sodium phosphate disubstituted 12-water (sodium hydrogen phosphate), water for injection – up to 1 ml.
Dosage and administration
1 to 2 drops 4-8 times a day in the conjunctival sac (if necessary, you can enter 1-2 drops every hour).
The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Allergic reactions.
Unpleasant sensation of adhesion of the eyelids (due to the high viscosity of the solution).
Storage conditions
Store in a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° С. Freezing is not permissible.
