Indications
Dry eye syndrome.
Contraindications
children and adolescents under 18 years of age (no data on the possibility of use)
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is possible only if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or baby. Adequate and strictly controlled clinical studies on the safety and effectiveness of the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) have not been conducted.
Composition
1 ml contains:
Main active ingredients: hypromellose – 3 mg,
dextran 70 – 1 mg
Auxiliary components:
glycerol, boric acid, sodium tetraborate decahydrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium chloride hydroxide or hydrochloric acid, water.
Dosage and Administration
Topically.
Bury 1-2 drops in the conjunctival sac of each affected eye as necessary several times a day or as directed by a doctor. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and is prescribed by a doctor. If there is no effect, stop instillation of the drug.
Side effects
Infrequently (0.1-1%): blurred vision, discomfort in the eyes (burning, tingling).
Rarely (0.01-0.1%): redness of the eyes, lacrimation, eye fatigue.
Possible development of allergic reactions.
Drug Interaction
Slezin is not compatible with eye drops, containing metal salts (including zinc sulfate).
Overdose
There have been no reports of overdosage with Slaughter.
In case of contact with eyes, an excess amount of ophthalmic solution should be washed with warm water.
Storage conditions
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children, protected from light at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.
