Pharmacological action

Indications
Venous insufficiency of the lower extremities of functional and organic nature (feeling of heaviness in the legs, pain, cramps, trophic disturbances) acute and chronic hemorrhoids.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active components or excipients that make up the drug.

Breastfeeding period

Composition
1 tablet contains:
Active substances: diosmin – 0.45 g, hesperidin – 0.05 g.
Excipients (core): gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, sodium glycolate, talc.
Excipients (shell): polyethylene glycol 6000, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow.
Dosage and Administration
Inside.
Recommended dose for venous-lymphatic insufficiency: 2 tablets per day: 1 tablet in the middle of the day and 1 tablet in the evening, during meals.
Recommended dose for acute hemorrhoids: 6 tablets per day: 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening for 4 days, then 4 tablets per day: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for the next 3 days.
Side effects
From the central nervous system: rarely – dizziness, headache, general malaise frequency unknown – convulsions.
From the gastrointestinal tract: often – diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting infrequently – colitis frequency is unknown – abdominal pain.
From the respiratory system, chest and mediastinal organs: frequency is unknown – sore throat, chest pain.
From the skin: rarely – rash, itching, urticaria, frequency is unknown – allergic dermatitis, hyperemia, isolated swelling of the face, lips, eyelids, in exceptional cases, angioedema.
