Pharmacological action
Infusion of horsetail herb has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect.

In inflammatory processes of the bladder and urinary tract (cystitis, urethritis).

Special instructions
The patient needs to consult a doctor when applying field horsetail for baths, with extensive skin lesions, acute skin diseases of unknown etiology, high fever, infectious diseases, heart failure and hypertension.

Dosage and administration
Inside (as a decoction), 15 ml 3-4 times a day, before meals. To prepare a decoction, 10 g is placed in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water and boiled over low heat for 30 minutes, cooled for 10 minutes and filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Inside (as an infusion), 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day, 15 minutes before meals. Before use, it is recommended to shake the infusion. To prepare the infusion, about 10 g of crushed raw materials (2 tablespoons) are placed in enameled dishes, 200 ml of hot boiled water are poured and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes and filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed out. The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
