Pharmacological action
Anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antipruritic, antibacterial. Oxycort inhibits phospholipase A2, reduces the synthesis of PG and other biologically active substances (hydrocortisone), disrupts the connection of transport RNA and the ribosomal membrane in microbial cells, inhibits protein synthesis, causing a bacteriostatic effect (oxytetracycline).
Indications
Chronic pyoderma, streptococcal, streptococcal, mixed) chronic purulent complications of allergic skin diseases allergic dermatitis, eczema, pruritus (including children), contact dermatitis, impetigo (vulgar, bullous), bacterial diaper rash, boils, furunculosis, multiple abscesses, urticaria, insect bites.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity, viral skin diseases (herpes, chickenpox), skin tuberculosis, fungal skin diseases, neoplasms and precancerous skin conditions.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Oxycort is not recommended during pregnancy, especially for prolonged use and on large areas of the skin. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Special instructions
Do not use on mucous membranes.

Dosage and administration
The affected areas are sprayed with aerosol, holding the bottle in an upright position at a distance of approximately 15 to 20 cm from the surface, for 1 to 3 seconds. The procedure is repeated 2 to 4 times a day. It is necessary to protect the eyes from the action of aerosol, do not inhale the drug.
Side effects
Skin irritation at the site of application (especially in cases of allergies to drug components) secondary infections caused by fungi or microorganisms resistant to oxytetracycline.
