Pharmacological action
It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, decongestant action.
Reduces morning stiffness, pain, swelling, erythema and swelling of the joints, contributes to an increase in range of motion.
Indications
Injured inflammation of the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (as a result of sprains, dislocations, after exertion and bruises). Localized forms of soft tissue inflammation: tenosynovitis, tendonitis, shoulder-arm syndrome, bursitis.
Myalgia, sciatica (sciatica, lumbago).
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (deforming osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, humeroscapular periarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), with the exception of degenerative diseases of the hip and small intervertebral joints.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy (III trimester – for application on large surfaces), violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of the intended application, children’s age (up to 1 year).
Special instructions
Ointment should be applied only to intact skin areas, avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
Composition

olgrdprd propyl parahydroxybenzoate,
purified water.
Dosage and Administration
Externally. Apply 3-4 times a day to sore joints or parts of the body, rubbed into the skin.
The total amount of ointment for adults per day should not exceed 15 cm squeezed out of the tube, for children – 7.5 cm.
It is not recommended to use occlusive dressings.
Side effects
Allergic reactions itching and flushing of the skin, rash at the site of application, dry skin, burning, with prolonged use – systemic manifestations.
In isolated cases – exacerbation of psoriasis.
Drug Interactions
Clinically significant interactions with other drugs are unlikely due to slight systemic absorption.
Overdose
Overdose phenomena (mainly from the gastrointestinal tract: lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain, hemorrhage and ulceration) can be observed very rarely only with prolonged use over a large area of the skin.
Eye contact on mucous membranes or open wounds, local irritation is observed – lacrimation, redness, burning, pain.
Measures – abundant washing of the affected area with purified water or saline until the complaints decrease or disappear.
Storage Conditions
At a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Expiration
2 years. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date.
