Pharmacological action
Ingaron has an antiviral, immunomodulatory effect.
Indications
Combination therapy: chronic viral hepatitis C chronic viral hepatitis B HIV / AIDS infection pulmonary tuberculosis cancer (as an immunomodulator – incl. in combination with chemotherapy) urogenital chlamydia (complex therapy), genital herpes virus infection and herpes zoster (Herpes zoster) – in monotherapy. Prevention of infectious complications in patients with chronic granulomatous disease.
Contraindications
Common for both dosage forms: individual intolerance to interferon gamma or any other component of the drug pregnancy. Lyophilisate for solution for intramuscular and subcutaneous administration: autoimmune diseases diabetes mellitus. Lyophilisate for solution for intranasal administration: children younger than 7 years old: )
Composition
1 vial with lyophilisate contains:
Active ingredient – highly purified human menopausal gonadotropin hMG (menotropin) 75 IU FSH + 75 IU LH, 150 IU FSH + 150 IU LH
Auxiliary component – lactose 45 mg 6 mg
1 bottle contains interferon gamma 500 thousand ME.
Dosage and administration
V / m, s / c. The contents of the vial are dissolved in 2 ml of water for injection. The dose of Ingaron is set individually. Usually the average daily intake for adults is 500 thousand ME. It is administered 1 time per day, daily or every other day. On the course – 5-15 injections, if necessary, the course is extended or repeated after 10-14 days.
Side effects
Ingaron lyophilisate for the preparation of a solution for intramuscular and subcutaneous administration: local pain at the injection site in the form of weak pain of a breaking nature (like overtrained muscle) and hyperemia. The use of doses of more than 1 million ME can be accompanied by the development of a flu-like syndrome: headache, weakness, fever, joint pain. Mild symptoms do not require pharmacological correction. With severe phenomena – stopping with paracetamol.
Ingaron lyophilisate for solution for intranasal administration: not noted.
Storage conditions
The drug should be stored in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C.
