Nizoral shampoo – an antifungal drug for external use, an imidazoldioxol derivative. It has fungicidal and fungistatic effects. Nizoral is effective against dermatophytes: Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton floccosum of yeast and yeast-like fungi Candida, Pityrosporum.

Recommendations for use of
In the treatment of dandruff and seborrheic eczema, shampoo is used 2 times a week for 3-4 weeks with pityriasis versicolor – daily for 5 days.
For the prevention of dandruff and seborrheic eczema use 1 time per week or 1 time in 2 weeks with pityriasis versicolor – 1 time / day for 3 consecutive days before the onset of summer.
Specific guidance
No studies in pregnant and lactating women. There is no evidence that the drug nizoral shampoo 2% can be dangerous when used in pregnant and lactating women.
Composition
Shampoo contains: ketoconazole 21mg.
Excipients: macrogol methyl dextrose dioleate, imidourea, cocoyl diethanolamide, collagen hydrolyzate, sodium hydroxide, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, flavor.
