The drug Lident Baby is intended for children from the age of 3 months.
A small amount of gel (about 7.5 mm) is applied to the tip of a clean finger and gently rubbed into the inflamed area of the baby s gums. If necessary, the gel can be applied repeatedly with an interval of 20 minutes, but no more than 6 times a day.

Side effects
When using Lident Baby in accordance with these instructions for use, undesirable reactions are unlikely. However, isolated cases of hypersensitivity to lidocaine after local injection in adults and children over the age of 12 have been reported. Hypersensitivity arising in these cases, expressed as localized edema, accompanied by a slight difficulty in breathing or a generalized rash.
A small amount of chamomile in the flavor may cause allergic reactions. In persons prone to atopy, hypersensitivity to substances contained in chamomile manifests itself in the form of difficulty breathing. Anaphylactic reactions have been reported with herbal tea containing chamomile. In people with hypersensitivity, a positive skin reaction may occur when using preparations containing chamomile.
