Pharmacological action
Combined herbal preparation, has a sedative, hypnotic effect, has anxiolytic and anti-stress activity.
Extracts of Chinese dates, lotus, longan euphoria, thuja and erythrins have a sedative effect, reduce irritation and tension, manifested by mental overwork and neurasthenia with insomnia, contribute to the restoration of normal sleep.
Extracts of dioscorea, mulberry and euphoria longans along with a sedative effect also have a vasodilating effect, improve metabolic processes.
Indications
– with increased excitability, irritability, mood lability, directly with emotional and physical trauma, in a state of constant mental stress, overwork (the so-called “manager’s syndrome”), and insomnia (mild).
Contraindications

Dosage and administration
Adults take 1 tablet 2 times a day
for insomnia – 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime.
The course of treatment is 30 days.
If necessary, a second course of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

Drug interaction
Enhances the action of drugs that inhibit the central nervous system (including sleeping pills), antihypertensives, analgesics (requires dose adjustment).
Overdose
