Special instructions
While taking Dibicorum, the dose of cardiac glycosides should sometimes be reduced by 2 times, depending on the sensitivity of patients to cardiac glycosides.
The same rule applies to slow calcium channel blockers.
Composition
Active ingredient:
taurine 250 mg
excipients:
MCC – 23 mg
potato starch – 18 mg
gelatin – 6 mg
silicon dioxide colloidal dioxide (Aerosil) – 0.3 mg
calcium stearate – 2.7 mg
Dosage and administration of
Dibicor taken orally, 20 minutes before meals.
With heart failure – 250-500 mg 2 times a day, the course of treatment – 30 days.
Dose may be increased to 2-3 g / day or reduced to 125 mg per dose.
In case of type 2 diabetes mellitus – 500 mg 2 times a day as monotherapy or in combination with sugar-lowering tablets.
In type 1 diabetes, 500 mg 2 times a day in combination with insulin therapy for 3-6 months.
Side effects
Allergic reactions to the components of the drug Dibicor are possible.

Dibicor may be used with other drugs to enhance the inotropic effect of cardiac glycosides.
