Pharmacological action
Pinosol has an anti-inflammatory, decongestant effect, reduces the viscosity of the secretion of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. It shows antibacterial activity against certain strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (S. pyogenes, S. aureus, S. epidermidis, M. luteus, B. cereus, E. coli), as well as the antifungal effect against yeast and mold fungi (Candida albicans , Aspergillus niger).

acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and nasopharynx, accompanied by dryness of the mucous membranes of the nose

Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible to use Pinosol during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) according to indications.
Composition
10 ml contains:
Active substances: mountain pine oil 350 mg, peppermint oil 100 mg, eucalyptus oil 50 mg, alpha tocopherol acetate 150 mg, thymol 3 mg
Excipients: medium chain triglycerides.
Dosage and administration
Pinosol Spray is injected 1 dose in each nasal passage 3 6 times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process.
The course of treatment is 10 days. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Side effects
Local reactions: itching, burning sensation, hyperemia and swelling of the nasal mucosa.
