Dosage and administration
About 12 g (2 tablespoons) of bark are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cooled with room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw materials are squeezed.
The volume of the resulting broth was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1/2 cup at night and in the morning.
Shake broth before use.
Side effects
Allergic reactions possible.
In case of overdose, colicky abdominal pain, tenesmus, abdominal discomfort are possible.
