Pharmacological action
Pharmacological properties of tincture of capsicum due to the content of capsaicin alkoloid. The drug has a local irritating, distracting and warming effect, causing an increase in local blood flow in the skin, affecting painful processes that are also localized in the depths of the tissues.
Indications
Used externally as a local irritant and distracting agent for neuralgia, radiculitis, myositis, lumbago, lumbar ischalgia.
Special instructions
Avoid contact with eyes. The drug should not be applied to the mucous membranes, open wounds and damaged or inflamed skin. After applying the tincture, wash your hands with warm water and soap. If the drug enters the mouth or nose, rinse thoroughly with water.
Composition of
1 l of tincture contains pepper of chilli fruit – 100 g, ethyl alcohol 90% (ethanol) – a sufficient amount to obtain 1 l of tincture.
