Proposol – painkiller, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory.
Pharmacodynamics
Propolis has a powerful antimicrobial or antiviral effect, to which, unlike antibiotics, addiction does not develop. The flavonoids that make up propolis block the enzymes involved in the production of prostaglandins, which cause pain and fever (analgesic effect). Propolis promotes regeneration and epithelization, providing rapid tissue repair, stimulates the production of interferons, the activity of some immunocompetent cells. Thanks to fine atomization, it penetrates tissues much faster and deeper, providing a pronounced local therapeutic effect.
